We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes can be made.

We offer worldwide shipping.
- Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.
- Expedited International Shipping (7-10 business days): Flat rate of $25.

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom engraved pieces, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale.

Our jewelry is primarily crafted from 18k gold plated over sterling silver or brass, sterling silver, and high-quality natural gemstones. All materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with chemicals like lotions, perfumes, and cleaners. Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, or exercising. When not in use, store them in the provided pouch or a jewelry box.
